Sweet Eats Bake Shop is a home-based bake shop in Clayton, Ohio. I offer scrumptious sweet treats screaming to be eaten! All my goodies are home made from scratch in my home kitchen and baked to order. Customers can place an order(s) for delivery (see methods below), visit my booth at various venues in the area, or find the treat truck at locations that are announced on Facebook and Twitter (see page 2).
My delicious treats are made using the tastiest and freshest ingredients available. I offer traditional baked goods, as well as sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan (the latter three upon request). As much as possible, I use alternative ingredients in the goods I offer, such as organic Agave Nectar, honey, fruit, fruit juices, etc., in lieu of granulated sugar; I use applesauce or pumpkin in lieu of vegetable oil; egg whites only where feasible, as examples. I use unsalted creamery butter, real vanilla bean and pure vanilla extract, and fruit purees/jams from local farmers or made by myself in my home kitchen. I build lots of flavor into my baked goods from the bottom up so you can be assured everything that leaves my kitchen is scrumptious! My frostings are made from scratch, too! My buttercream frosting is made using unsalted creamery butter in lieu of shortening. Yum!
